Founder & CEO - Caroline Lewko
A consummate 'connector' with a passion for wireless!
Caroline has been in the wireless/ telecom industry since 1995, as a coder, funder, business developer and
entrepreneur. She is sought out by investors and C level executives for insights, contacts and advice; and has advised
and funded hundreds of companies.
She started WIP to make the path easier for mobile developers, reduce cycle times and increase innovation in the mobile
ecosystem. Caroline founded the Wireless Innovation Network of BC (WINBC) in 2001, and
Wavefront, a wireless development center, and is Past Chair of both organizations
Caroline has also worked for a Hong Kong consultancy marketing an industrial park in China and was in the Telecommunications
Industry Group of Anderson Consulting (Accenture). She received her MBA from Dalhousie University.

Teresa Ostman
Teresa is a marketing consultant. Over the past 20 years, she has worked with a wide variety of companies across many
industries. Her extensive experience includes marketing strategy development, event management and marketing partnerships.
Teresa joined WIP in early 2008 where she is in charge of WIP's marketing partnerships. WIP partners with hundreds of events and
companies on an annual basis. Teresa also provides event management for the WIPJam sessions and receptions held all over the
world.

Steve Glagow
As VP of Marketing Operations, Orange,
Steve Glagow is responsible for three areas within Orange: Commercial Operations, Project Management and Implementation, and Orange Partner.
Orange Partner is a dedicated global programme for existing and potential partners of Orange and the France Telecom group, helping them provide compelling products and services using the Orange network and devices.
The programme offers free tools and information required to build solutions that satisfy the requirements of a 100 million-plus customer base across the globe. Over 55,000 members of the programme are supported with free development tools, information, testing and signing, on-line support, and access to the Orange Partner global development centres.
Steve joined Orange in December 2003 from Hewlett-Packard where he was director of software developer programmes. His background is predominantly in the marketing, technical and communications area with senior roles at: Coopers & Lybrand (director of strategic business services), Digital Equipment (director of marketing), Sequent Computer Systems (director of telecommunications), Silicon Graphics (director of marketing for telecommunication and media), and Bluestone, which was later acquired by HP, (VP of international marketing operations).
Steve sits on the board of directors of EEMA, a European Commerce and Security Association and also on the board of ISUG, the international Sybase User Group.

Douglas H. Blakeway
Mr. Blakeway is President and CEO of Strategic Technologies Inc., a publicly traded international
wireless RFID company which he founded in 1985. As an entrepreneur and investor, over the past 40 years, he has founded and
operated a number of successful endeavors from service oriented companies to high technology electronic manufacturing. Mr.
Blakeway has extensive connections in the security and policing sectors and has security clearances from the Canadian and
U.S. Government law enforcement agencies. Mr. Blakeway is a proven inventor with a variety of patents for such things as a
rotary engine; a portable diamond drill feed, a fluid management system and an infrared night viewing system. As a
helicopter pilot, his vision and tenacity resulted in the founding of WM Aviation - the parent company of Helijet Airways,
the first regional helicopter service in B.C. Since 1982, Mr. Blakeway has been a director of a number of public companies
on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is currently a member of the board of directors of the Canadian Listed Company Association,
CanTest Ltd, Legend Power Systems Inc., Tactical Technologies Inc., On Guard Plus Limited. and Texas Gas & Oil Inc. Mr.
Blakeway serves on audit and corporate governance committees and with his knowledge of the policies and procedures for
listing Capital Pool Companies (CPC's) has facilitated the successful qualification of a CPC to a Tier 2 issuer on the TSX
Venture Exchange. Mr. Blakeway is a member of Simon Fraser University Surrey, Business Advisory Council, a Board member of
the Wireless Innovation Network of BC (WINBC) and TEC (The Executive Committee), an international organization for
CEOs.

Terry Hughes
Terry Hughes is the President of Redwood Technologies. Terry moved to Canada 4 years ago from the UK with a
passion to make a real difference in the burgeoning North American wireless sector.
Terry has 20 years experience in the wireless industry including 7 years in a variety of sales and business development roles at
Vodafone in the UK, 4 years as head of sales at wireless start-ups selling to carriers, and 4 years at Canadian-based Zi
Corporation licensing software to handset manufacturers including Nokia and LG. At Zi, Terry managed Europe, North America and Asia
sales at various times.
He founded otaView, a consultancy company, in 2006, and one of his major customers was the start-up Redwood Technologies. Having
helped them to establish their business and refine their proposition, they persuaded him to join as CEO / President in January
2007. Since then Terry has taken Redwood through a round of funding, with a second round of strategic investment lined up, and has
taken the company from concept to commercialization. More importantly Redwood is now on the world stage as a rapidly expanding
wireless software company working with major carriers and RIM.
