V CAST Apps Subscriptions API

Verizon Wireless has developed an API that developers can leverage to check applications that are purchased through the V CAST App Store for end-user license validity. V CAST App Store purchases are stored in the V CAST Apps server and application licenses are accessible through the API for validation. Billing for application subscriptions is tied into the Verizon Wireless billing system and subscription charges are made directly to the customers’ monthly Verizon statement.
