The TeleNav Share API provides a RESTful interface to the TeleNav Cloud for Location Based Services including geocoding, maps, routing, local search and TeleNav Client integration.

TeleNav Share supports various protocols including simple RESTful calls. Developers can simply construct HTTP URL based on the specifications of each operation and invoke the API. The response is in simple XML format, which can be processed by many XML tools/libraries. For developers who are writing JavaScript, a JSON response can be returned so that the response data can be used directly in the JavaScript.
